Job Description:

A respected, RICS-registered Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Old Hatfield. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile projects for some of the UK’s best-known retailers, with a diverse portfolio that guarantees variety and challenge.

Job Responsibility:

Work on high-profile projects for some of the UK’s best-known retailers
Work on large-scale distribution centres
Fit-out of new retail shells
Brownfield and conversion projects for builders’ merchants
Multi-site retail rollouts
Shopping centre and high street retail units
Schemes in airports and railway stations

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Pre and Post Contract experience
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
