Job Description:

A leading UK-based construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Industrial, Logistics and Manufacturing team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically strong Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering large-scale infrastructure and vertical build projects across the UK.

Job Responsibility:

Working on complex new build projects, including site earthworks, utilities, highways, and manufacturing facilities
Managing cost, contract administration and technical delivery
Stakeholder communication
Pre-construction, estimating, and cost planning

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
Chartered status (MRICS)
Experience in Industrial, Logistics or Manufacturing projects
Knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms of contract
Strong technical delivery and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to lead on cost planning, estimation and commercial reporting
