Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a top-tier, independent Property and Construction Consultancy in their vibrant London office, home to over 100 professionals. Known for delivering standout projects across the UK, they boast a strong pipeline of work within the industrial, commercial, fit-out, refurbishment, and residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a variety of schemes ranging from warehouse new builds and large-scale refurbishments to high-end commercial office fit outs
Responsible for both pre and post-contract duties
Supporting senior team members while having the autonomy to manage your own projects and build strong client relationships

Requirements:

A relevant construction related degree qualification
MRICS is a must
Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy
A successful track record leading projects, pre and post contract, to completion
Commercial awareness and confident client-facing skills
Track record of delivering projects across industrial, commercial, or fit out sectors
