Job Description:

A prominent construction and property consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Nottingham. The role involves supporting an exciting portfolio of projects spanning sectors such as arts, culture, heritage, healthcare, hospitality, and leisure.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering cost management services such as cost planning, risk management, fund monitoring, feasibility studies, and dispute resolution

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • Experience within a similar consultancy environment
  • Both pre and post contract experience
