Job Description:

A well-established Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. You will work closely with Directors, delivering large-scale housing schemes across London, Greater London, and Surrey. The company offers opportunities for career progression to a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Leading residential developments from inception to completion
Managing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract services
Acting as Employers Agent on design and build contracts
Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development

Requirements:

MRICS ideally or working towards
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
3+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
Chartered Surveying / Consultancy background
Pre and post contract experience
Good communication skills
