Job Description:

Join a Tier 1 Residential Developer managing the commercial lifestyle of multiple active traditional build housing developments. Become part of a growing business with long term opportunities to build a career!

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage tenders and appoint all sub-contract trades
  • Produce monthly CVRs and manage site budgets
  • Assess on-site progress and certify sub-contractor payments
  • Negotiate 'extras' and finalize accounts post-completion

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in residential development (Traditional Build)
  • Degree or HNC/D in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in software
  • A 'site-active' mindset with a focus on cost-efficiency and delivery
