Quantity Surveyor

• Tender Support: Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs for new tenders
• verify existing BOQ quantities against PDF drawings and CAD files
• Variation Management: Perform IFC drawing take-offs, specifically identifying and quantifying variations from original tender documents
• Specialised Claims: Manage electrical quantity take-offs from final approved drawings to facilitate accurate claim submissions
• Pre-Contract Admin: Provide informational support during the tendering and pre-contract phases
• Risk Mitigation: Identify foreseeable issues during the take-off process and advise the engineering team accordingly

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Civil Construction sector
• Subdivision experience is highly regarded
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
• Proficiency in modern estimating software and CAD tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Approachable, flexible, and a clear communicator
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger project team
• Postgraduate Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (e.g. Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying)
