Job Description:

A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-focused Quantity Surveyor to work across a diverse range of residential and affordable housing projects throughout Greater Manchester and the North West.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering cost consultancy and employer’s agent services on new build housing and regeneration schemes
Manage pre- and post-contract duties, with a strong emphasis on the employer’s agent function

Requirements:

Consultancy or client-side background as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience delivering projects as, or supporting, the employer’s agent
Knowledge of residential and affordable housing schemes is desirable
Working towards MRICS or recently chartered preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
