Job Description:

An ambitious Quantity Surveyor role in a multidisciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy, working on Residential, Local Authority and Commercial projects with tailored APC support and mentorship.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support pre and post-contract duties across diverse sectors
  • Manage real responsibility from day one
  • Work with senior leadership

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Good pre or post contract experience
  • 2+ years experience within a UK construction consultancy
  • Currently working towards APC or eager to do so
  • Able to commute to Cambridge office 3x days a week
