Job Description:

A dynamic and forward-thinking multidisciplinary construction consultancy with a strong UK presence is looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds office. With projects spanning retail, industrial & logistics, commercial, residential, education, student accommodation, automotive, and roadside, this is an opportunity to gain diverse sector exposure while working alongside experienced Directors and Partners in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing both pre and post-contract duties
Producing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and reports
Leading on procurement and tender processes
Building strong, long-term client relationships
Working as part of a supportive team, with opportunities to mentor junior surveyors

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Good pre & post contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
