Job Description:

An award-winning, B Corp-certified construction and property consultancy is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to help launch and grow its new Oxford office. This is a standout opportunity for a career-driven Quantity Surveyor to play a central role in establishing a regional presence while leading meaningful, high-profile projects across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.

Job Responsibility:

Managing full project lifecycles
Supporting sustainable delivery
Working directly with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years’ consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor
RICS-accredited degree and MRICS (or working towards chartership)
Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract cost management
Able to commute to Oxford 3x days a week
