Job Responsibility
Delivering cost planning, budgeting and feasibility studies as a Quantity Surveyor
Managing procurement processes and supporting tendering activities
Assisting with contract administration duties (JCT)
Monitoring project costs, variations and financial reporting
Managing valuations and contributing to final accounts as a Quantity Surveyor
Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams
Supporting successful project delivery across multiple schemes
Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK market
Good understanding of JCT contracts and commercial management
Working towards MRICS (or keen to progress towards chartership)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ambitious and career-driven Quantity Surveyor
