Job Description:

A modern and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their fully remote team. This is a rare opportunity to work flexibly, take ownership of your projects, and progress your career within a truly people-focused and innovative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects from feasibility through to final account
Work on a diverse range of projects including commercial offices, residential developments, mixed-use schemes, and industrial builds
Operate in both pre and post contract stages

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
3+ years’ UK consultancy experience
Strong cost planning and post-contract knowledge
Able to manage projects independently
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
MRICS or working towards chartership
