An award-winning, global Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a client-facing Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their thriving Birmingham office – just minutes from New Street and Snow Hill stations. Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
1-2 years (min) quantity surveying experience within a consultancy/PQS practice
Hard working, team player
Pre and post contract experience
Eager to achieve Chartership (if not already MRICS)
