Job Description:

Freelance QS (Ltd Co working) required immediately for contractor client on new build residential projects. I have an urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work as part of the Commercial team on new build residential developments in South East / East London. The role will include full standard Surveying duties primarily procurement, as well as package management - payments, variations, valuations, assisting in cost reporting etc. The successful candidate will come from a main contracting or residential developer background and have experience of the full QS life cycle, particularly procurement, either working within a team on a large project or as a No.2 or running smaller projects. The role is site based and reporting into the Senior QS.

BSc quantity surveying

must be eligible to live and work in the UK
