Quantity surveyor

• Budgeting: Preparing and reporting on project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans
• Contract Management: Negotiating variations and change orders under NEC and FIDIC frameworks
• Procurement: Overseeing subcontracting from tender through to final accounts
• Leadership: Mentoring junior staff and fostering a high-performing commercial culture
• Collaboration: Liaising with engineers and planners to ensure total project alignment

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and Chartered status (RICS/CIOB)
• Substantial experience in heavy industry, power, or major civil engineering projects
• Deep knowledge of NEC 3/4, FIDIC, and/or JCT contracts
• A valid driving licence and your own vehicle
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholders
