Audit contract administration in the delivery functions to ensure the business is complying with processes
Measure supplier delivery performance against contract KPIs, prepare associated reports and implemented improvements as required
Agree value of works done for interim and progress payments with contractors
Provide contract benchmark, cost, budget, financial forecast and performance data for business improvement processes including preparation and presentation of reports
Involve the team in finding solutions to areas where performance is not on target
Carry out site and operational audits on your team
Requirements:
Communicate effectively to all levels within the business
Working knowledge of H&S legislation and policies
Knowledge of operations and investment processes/practice
Experience within traffic management act 2004 and traffic Scotland act 2005
Expert knowledge of analytical techniques and quantity surveying technique
