Job Description:

A reputable, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Leeds are looking for an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to make a significant impact on some of the UK’s most prestigious retail and commercial projects, collaborating with high-profile blue-chip clients nationwide.

Job Responsibility:

Cost planning
Procurement
Preparing bills of quantities
Conducting feasibility studies
Contract administration
Cost reporting
Acting as an Employers’ Agent

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (BSc or MSc preferred)
Experience across the retail & commercial sectors is beneficial
UK consultancy experience
A solid understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
