Job Description:

An established and dynamic UK-wide construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor for their growing Leeds office. The role involves delivering a variety of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, education, retail, and leisure, with tailored support and fast-tracked career development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a variety of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, education, retail, and leisure
  • Traditional cost management duties
  • Involvement in project management and Employer’s Agent responsibilities

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • 3+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience in a UK based Consultancy firm
  • Good pre and post contract experience
  • Eager for more responsibility
  • Comfortable working within a sociable, dynamic team
