Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary Cost Management Consultancy with a national presence is eager to welcome a motivated Quantity Surveyor to their Leeds office. Job Responsibility:

Local Authority works such as library buildings, and site remediation projects
Private sector works including commercial and education projects

Requirements:

Proven experience in cost management from feasibility to post-contract stages
MRICS or currently working towards / committed to achieving chartership
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy (2+ years minimum)
A successful track record working on projects from inception to completion
Pre & Post Contract experience
