Job Description:

A well-regarded multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Preston office. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career on a variety of residential and affordable housing projects across Lancashire and the wider North West.

Job Responsibility:

Support the delivery of key projects from feasibility through to completion
Take on both pre- and post-contract duties
Deliver employer’s agent services
Expand client-facing responsibilities

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side role
Proven track record delivering projects as or alongside an employer’s agent
Residential and/or affordable housing sector experience is desirable
Working towards MRICS or recently chartered preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
