Job Description:

An established, forward-thinking multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative and growing London office. This consultancy specialises in delivering high-quality services across local authority, residential, and education sectors and provides clear pathways to career progression tailored to individual ambition.

Job Responsibility:

Traditional Quantity Surveying duties
Employer’s Agent responsibilities
Delivering high-quality services across local authority, residential, and education sectors
Providing cost management and client-facing roles

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, focusing on cost management
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Pre and post contract experience
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
effective in collaborative team environments
Proficiency in cost estimating software and relevant industry regulations
