Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years’ experience to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the delivery of pre- and post-contract cost management duties
  • Working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors
  • Preparing cost estimates, procurement advice, and contract administration
  • Attending client and design team meetings
  • Working closely with senior colleagues while developing autonomy on projects

Requirements:

  • Around 2-4 years’ UK experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related subject
  • Ideally working towards or interested in achieving MRICS status
  • Experience across a mix of sectors is desirable
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude
