Quantity Surveyor

• Monitoring and controlling quantities and costs against the BOQ
• Verifying contractor claims and invoices for accuracy
• Updating and maintaining BOQ records throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting project managers with cost reports, forecasts, and budget analysis
• Coordinating with Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Finance to ensure alignment across project activities
• Identifying discrepancies, cost overruns, or savings opportunities and reporting them proactively

• Strong understanding of BOQ, construction cost control, and contract management
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Experience in verifying quantities, preparing cost reports, and handling variations
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary project teams
• Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel

Preferably as a site engineer
