Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a career-driven Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and expanding Property & Construction Consultancy in Bristol. The role involves delivering both pre- and post-contract cost management services across various sectors while receiving full support towards achieving MRICS chartership.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services
Work across a variety of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail

Requirements:

A RICS-accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Ideally 2-3+ years of UK Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
A valid UK driving licence
Pre & Post Contract experience

£40,000 – £50,000 base salary
