Job Description:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, education, retail and local government sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic business development – building client relationships, identifying and opening up new sectors
Helping diversify the business away from its healthcare-heavy portfolio (currently 60%) and into new, commercially viable markets
Potentially bringing a fresh network, new ideas, or a different specialism to complement the team
Leadership of a team across various locations

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS ideally
A good background in Business Development – developing relationships, winning work and identifying new sectors & avenues to explore
The desire to get involved in some team management / leadership
The ability to work remotely, possibly travelling to Coventry head office on occasion
