Are you ready to make a significant impact in a pivotal role? A leading company in the FM industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in West Midlands. This is your chance to contribute to a vibrant team delivering outstanding results in the minor capital works programme.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the delivery of minor capital works projects within a 5-year programme
Collaborate closely with colleagues to manage project costs and ensure governance
Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals
Play a key role in the interview process and continue to build the team
Support the transition from freelance to permanent, ensuring project continuity

Requirements:

Strong experience in managing multiple projects efficiently
Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly dealing with difficult clients
Familiarity with public sector operations or relevant project experience
A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Detail-oriented with a keen awareness of governance requirements
