Job Description:

A leading, national construction and property consultancy is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Winchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Quantity Surveyor to work on a diverse range of projects while developing towards Senior level in a supportive, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle and benefit from structured training opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Support the delivery of schemes across education, student accommodation (PBSA), commercial, high-end residential, local government, and healthcare sectors
Involvement in all stages of the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties
Provide cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration, and final accounts
Work closely with Senior and Associate colleagues

Requirements:

A successful track record working on projects from inception to completion
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy is a MUST (ideally 1-2 years minimum)
A RICS Accredited degree, ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards & looking for greater support
Good Pre and Post contract experience
