Job Description:

An established and growing firm of Chartered Surveyors is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Chelmsford office. The position involves supporting a Senior QS on a diverse portfolio of projects while receiving mentorship towards senior-level roles. The employer offers a flexible and hybrid working model, career progression opportunities, and full support towards APC and chartership.

Job Responsibility:

Support a Senior QS on a varied project portfolio including offices, industrial sheds, retail, healthcare, and hotels
Take ownership of your work while being mentored towards the Senior level
Gain exposure to hands-on projects and structured career progression

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment
Good pre and Post Contract experience
Previous experience working on projects to completion and the ability to run a project with guidance from senior team
A valid UK driving license
