Job Description:

An ambitious, independent consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London team, based minutes from Liverpool St Station. With a reputation for delivering excellence across hotel, residential, and commercial sectors, this is the perfect next step for a Quantity Surveyor ready to accelerate their career.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a full range of pre and post contract cost management services
Ensure best value and commercial efficiency throughout every stage of the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited (BSc or MSc)
Ideally MRICS or actively working towards APC
UK based Quantity Surveying experience with a Consultancy is a MUST
Pre & post contract knowledge
Varied sector experience is beneficial
