Quantity Surveyor

• Preparing detailed cost plans and estimates from feasibility through to construction
• Managing the tender process, including preparation of documents and analysis of contractor proposals
• Conducting value engineering exercises and cost option appraisals
• Preparing monthly cost reports for clients, including forecasts and risk analysis
• Administering contracts, tracking change control, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained
• Liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

• Minimum 3+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy or client-side role
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field
• MRICS or working towards APC is preferred
• Proven experience in pre- and post-contract cost management
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of UK procurement routes
• Previous experience working on London-based projects is desirable
