Job Description:

You’ll be responsible for quantity surveying a HV cable laying project in Ruislip. This is a site based role and initially you will only be working on this project. After this project finishes you will work on a telecoms framework they have and be responsible for multiple projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Quantity Surveying power and telecoms projects (usually NEC3 or NEC4 type contracts)
  • Producing weekly and monthly cost variance reports (CVRs)
  • Manage your own supply chain and take responsibility for cash flow
  • Recording and submitting any variations
  • Approving payments

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a QS in the utilities industry
  • Solid understanding of NEC3 contracts
