Job Description:

An award-winning Construction & Property Consultancy with over 100 years success in the industry is looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their newly established Birmingham team. With 150+ experienced Construction professionals nationwide and a reputation for innovation, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your QS career to the next level with a consultancy that’s growing fast and delivering standout projects across the UK. You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, with two QSs in Birmingham, working across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality.

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
Strong pre and post contract experience
Experience in the above mentioned sectors is ideal

Nice to have:

MRICS is highly desirable
