Job Description:

A leading global Commercial Real Estate & Building Consultancy is looking for a confident and driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. This is a key appointment in one of the consultancy's busiest sectors, with a strong pipeline of secured residential projects and ambitious growth plans for the future.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on high-profile residential schemes across Greater London & the South East, including high-rise developments, regeneration, and build-to-rent projects
Work directly with the Head of Cost Management, gaining autonomy to manage projects, clients, and junior staff from day one
Expand your portfolio with exposure to other sectors including: Office fit-outs, Student accommodation, Retail, Hospitality Commercial

Requirements:

MRICS, or a commitment to completing it
Proven Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy
Strong pre- and post-contract skills, with the ability to manage projects independently
A successful track record of delivering Residential projects from start to finish
The confidence to lead a small team, mentor junior colleagues, and drive team growth
Ambition to step into a leadership role and progress to Partner level
