Job Responsibility:

Manage all quantity surveying duties for assigned projects
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
Monitor project progress, costs, and variations
Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliers
Manage procurement, valuations, and contract administration
Ensure projects remain compliant with budgets and timelines
Provide regular financial reports and forecasts
Support senior management with commercial decision-making

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost management
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
