Job Description:

A well-established and growing Quantity Surveying consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. With a strong pipeline of high-profile projects across multiple sectors, this role offers excellent exposure, structured career progression, and the chance to become a key part of a thriving consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering projects from £1m – £120m across sectors like Hotels, Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail
Working closely with a supportive team of MRICS surveyors for mentorship and development

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy (ideally 2+ years)
MRICS or currently working towards
Pre and post contract experience
