Job Description:

A specialist Chartered Surveying and Construction Consultancy are looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their West Midlands based team. In this role, the Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of high-profile projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure, providing the ideal platform for both project diversity and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cost control & cost planning
  • Bills of quantities
  • Financial reporting
  • Insurance valuations
  • Value engineering
  • Business development
  • Team leadership

Requirements:

  • BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS or close to APC completion
  • Both pre & post contract experience
  • Varied project experience would be beneficial
