Job Description:

A design-led, multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking for a confident Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent experience to take on a client-facing role, delivering meaningful projects across the affordable housing and residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Take a lead role from feasibility through to handover
Combine traditional cost management with Employers Agent duties
Deliver meaningful projects across affordable housing and residential sectors
Work on schemes ranging from £2m to £200m including new-build residential blocks, regeneration projects, and mixed-tenure developments

Requirements:

A RICS accredited degree
Employers Agent experience is a bonus but not essential
Background in social housing, affordable housing, or local authority-led projects
Good understanding of JCT Design & Build contracts
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS environment
