Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a long-established, forward-thinking Construction Consultancy based in Brentford. Specialising in high-quality residential developments, this respected practice delivers projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Private Developers across South West London and the Home Counties. The Quantity Surveyor will take full responsibility for delivering Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties on new build residential projects and act as the primary contact for clients to ensure schemes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties on new build residential projects
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients
  • Ensuring schemes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Employers Agent / Contract Administration experience
  • A track record of working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, or Private Developers
  • MRICS ideally or working towards APC
