Job Description:

A dynamic and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy with a strong pipeline of commercial projects is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support on a broad range of schemes across industrial, office fit-outs, residential and commercial developments
  • Gain exposure to development monitoring, client advisory, and funder-side work

Requirements:

  • MRICS / eager to complete / currently working towards
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
  • Eager to build relationships with clients
  • Good pre and post contract experience
  • A successful track record working on projects from start to finish
