Job Description:

An award-winning national construction consultancy is looking for a confident and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Milton Keynes. This role offers clear progression, hands-on mentorship, exposure to landmark projects across a variety of sectors, hybrid working, and a supportive work-life balance environment.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborating closely with an Associate Director on projects across Residential, Retail, Education, Commercial, and Leisure
Managing project values from £2m to £50m+

Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or other RICS Accredited degree
18+ months experience with a UK Consultancy
Pre and/or post contract experience
Comfortable working within a sociable, dynamic team
MRICS or currently working towards
Able to commute to Milton Keynes 3x a week
