Job Description:

A forward-thinking, independent Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their fast-growing Glasgow team. Delivering across commercial offices, large-scale masterplanning, residential and industrial schemes, this is an ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants variety, career progression, and real autonomy. The company offers a no micromanagement culture, flexible start/finish times, and hybrid working, with strong professional development support including APC mentorship.

Job Responsibility:

Work within a 15-strong team on high-profile, diverse projects – from concept to completion

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK construction consultancy / PQS firm
Good pre and post contract experience
MRICS is highly desirable – or currently working towards & needs more support
Property / Build sector experience
