Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing Construction & Property Consultancies in Margate. This dynamic consultancy has developed a portfolio exceeding £1bn and manages 40+ live projects across the UK. The role involves working on diverse large-scale schemes including education frameworks, redevelopment works, and high-rise residential developments. The role offers hybrid working, career development, and the chance to be part of a supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

Get involved in a range of large-scale schemes such as £500m education framework across Kent and London, £100m NEC redevelopment works at Gatwick Airport and Eurotunnel, and high-rise residential developments
Work across education, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors
Manage projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
Experience working on projects from inception to completion
A valid UK driving license
