Job Responsibility:
Preparation of cost plans and feasibility estimates
Managing procurement and tender processes
Contract administration and commercial management
Handling valuations, variations, and cost reporting
Building and maintaining client relationships
Supporting successful project delivery end-to-end
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Progressing towards MRICS or recently chartered
Experience within consultancy or main contractor environment
Strong project delivery experience across relevant sectors
Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
