Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and diligent Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship residential development in Woolwich. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of sharp commercial acumen and robust project management skills.

Job Responsibility:

Phase 1: Commercial Close-out: Meticulous management and negotiation of final accounts for Phase 1
Phase 2: Project Management & Delivery: Overseeing key packages for Phase 2, including Facade, M&E, and Dry Lining
Ensuring trades deliver on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

Residential Expertise: A deep understanding of high-density residential builds and the specific challenges they entail
Career Stability: A proven track record of longevity in previous roles
Administrative Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills and a 'strong admin' mindset
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in managing specialized packages (Facade and M&E specifically)
