A top-tier Construction Consultancy is seeking a confident and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The role involves working on diverse projects up to £100m in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Heritage, and more. Job Responsibility:

Work on projects spanning Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hotels, Industrial Sheds, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Offices
Manage schemes ranging up to £100m
Contribute to the growth of the Manchester office
Participate in industry-leading APC support programmes

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS or committed to achieving chartership
Pre & Post contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Valid UK Driving License
