Job Description:

Join a global, award-winning consultancy in their expanding Bristol team. Work on high-profile projects and receive mentorship for career progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role includes delivering pre and post-contract services across various sectors such as Health, Higher Education, and Commercial.

Job Responsibility:

Work on high-profile schemes across Health, Higher Education, Residential, Developer, Data Centres, and Commercial sectors-with project values up to £300m
Deliver top-tier pre and post-contract services
Work closely with Directors and senior mentors
Gain hands-on exposure and fast-track development to Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Pre and Post Contract experience
A valid UK driving license
The desire for fast-track progression
Ideally 3+ years’ QS experience with a Consultancy
