Quantity Surveyor

• computing civil and infrastructure works: preliminary estimates, final design, and executive design, including the drafting of specifications
• unit price analysis and market research
• drafting of time schedules
• possible management of site accounting

• good knowledge of PriMus, Vision CPM (STR), MS Project, and Microsoft Office software
• at least 5 years of experience in the computation of medium-large works
• good knowledge of English
• preferential requirement: BIM calculation skills
• works to high standards of quality and precision
• autonomous in the management of assigned projects
• predisposition for cooperation within the work group
• demonstrates a results-oriented approach, and spirit of initiative
