Job Description:

A medium-sized, multidisciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy in Manchester are looking to add an ambitious, client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to help grow the team, manage a team, deliver projects and help develop the business in a wider sense.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a breadth of QS services across a variety of sectors
Initially take on a large, complex Residential development in the city centre
Work across various other sectors such as Retail, Commercial, Residential and Leisure
Help grow the team
Manage a team
Deliver projects
Help develop the business in a wider sense

Requirements:

MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
A strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Consultancy
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Previous experience leading and growing a team would be advantageous
Experience / ability to manage complex, high-risk projects

Nice to have:
