Job Description:

A forward-thinking, chartered consultancy based in Thames Ditton is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Specialising in the delivery of bespoke, high-end residential developments, this is an ideal opportunity for a driven professional looking to make their mark in luxury construction.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering prime residential projects across Surrey, London, and the South East
Working on one-off new builds to complex refurbishments ranging from £500k to £10m
Full project lifecycle involvement
Working closely with directors, clients, and contractors
Pre and post-contract duties

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Pre & Post Contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Valid UK driving license
High-End Residential project experience is highly desirable but not essential
Local to Surrey area ideally
